How do I screen share digital ink when teaching live lessons?

All the big video conferencing software platforms let you screen share. That lets your students see what's on your screen rather than your camera.

Each platform has their own way of doing this, but they're all very easy to do - normally there is a sharing button on your screen to press during the call. You can choose to share your whole desktop screen (students literally see everything you do) or pick a particular program to share (e.g. a PowerPoint presentation).

When you're screen sharing, you can draw and write with your connected Wacom pen device on any program that has a digital pen function. Turn your Wacom device on and the pen will automatically start working as you write on the tablet. Your students will see your digital ink writing on their screens.
