For the MobileStudio Pro you need to use the standard Wacom Link. This should currently work - https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support?guideTitle=Connecting-the-Wacom-MobileStudio-Pro-as-a-Cintiq-with-the-Wacom-Link&guideId=9b4fe9de-db2d-4b00-93a0-473f6adf12d7

If it doesn't then the Customer Service team needs to help you - https://support.wacom.com/

I don't see where MobileStudio Pro was mentioned in this video. Do you have a timestamp?
The Wacom Link Plus was not work with MobileStudio Pro. It's stated specifically that it's an accessory for Cintiq Pro 13 and 16.

I see. As I said, the Wacom Link Plus was not made to work with MobileStudio Pro but it might work in certain circumstances. However it is still not officially supported so I can only recommend you to use the Wacom Link which is made for and confirmed to be working with the MobileStudio Pro.

I have ran all the updates including the Bios update which locked me completely out of my MSP and I had to re-install everything again.

So, I've gotten Wacom to send me an earlier bios, which installed just fine.
(MS-107)

The hotplug is a bit more responsive with the Wacom Link Plus, but it's still not working fully, nor with a single cable in the center port *at all.*
Getting the runaround from support with requesting the earliest bios the machine was released with. The one(s) that worked properly.

I'll update this thread on any progress made, and I'm archiving this thread and all of my e-mail correspondence for a youtube video I'm creating about this whole ordeal. It's shameful that one of the main features on such an expensive device was disabled by a bios udpate, and the customers have almost no recourse.

I'm halting my purchase of any future Wacom products until this situation is fully resolved.

Ok after MUCH pestering, I finally got someone to send me backdated / older bios for my MobileStudio Pro 16. Now all works as it should.
If anyone wants a copy of these, send me a PM and I'll post them for you. It should not take your customers BEGGING to return a feature that was taken away. Yes, I understand my machine is less "secure" but honestly, what is the likelyhood some stranger is going to attempt to hack my machine via usb? Zero. I understand it may have been a Wacom liability, but my god.. end of rant.
