Wacom MSP Wacom Link Error

Postby Fleabane » Sat 30. Sep 2017, 18:23

Hi All

Hope somebody better informed might be able to help or suggest ways I can test to find the fault

I have just bought a Wacom MSP 16 (the i5 version) I am trying to connect to my 2015 MacBook Pro via the Wacom Link

I am using the middle connector on the MSP, whilst my MBP can see the MSP as an input device I get an error on the MSP stating no signal, so I cannot use the MSP in Display mode

Can anyone help me please?

Fingers crossed and thank you

Please post more details of your setup - which cable is plugged in where into the Wacom Link?
Could you test with any other computer?
What does the Display setting of your Mac tell you?

It was a faulty Wacom Link, now resolved with a replacement
