MSP 13 as a monitor

Postby smokingjawa » Tue 3. Oct 2017, 11:36

Hi,

Is it possible to use the Mobilestudio Pro 13 as a monitor either via HDMI to USB-C or HDMI to mini Display Port and the Wacom Link?

I would like to connect my PS4 to the MSP 13 that i plan to get and i dont have much desk space.

Thanks

You need to use the Wacom Link adapter on the center USB-C port for the MSP hybrid mode - only that supports external signals into MSP. The Wacom Link needs a displayport signal for the display. If your computer does not provide displayport, an additional adapter converting the HDMI output of the computer to mini-displayport is needed. We did not test with PS4, and for other cases we see limitations in possible resolution and screen refreshrate.
