Problems MSP 16 and Pen

Hello, yesterday I bought the MSP 16 (after usin cintiq companion 2). There are a few things that bother me a lot:

If I put pressure on the screen, I feels like I'm pressing a soft LCD-screen: a dark ring round my pen tip (hard to explain). It follows the pen as I am drawing and it' really annoying.

Second thing: The pro pen 2 respond is not good. I have to press very hard to click buttons. Also not able to select text with the pen and right click by pressing longer on the screen often doesn't work.

I hope you can halp me out with this, otherwise I'm afraid I have to bring it back :-(

You shouldn't have to press very hard on the tablet. Perhaps soemthing is not ok with the pen or installation. - Open Wacom Desktop Center - > backup settings -> reset settings (just to be sure we have default driver settings). Then go to pen settings, test pentip and eraser. You can also check pen pressure in About -> diagnose. It is possible to 'configure' the pen tip feel and reduce the penclick pressure threshold, but normally that should not be needed.
