How know solution is a king of Wacom :-)

Postby PGInfo » Tue 24. Oct 2017, 15:15

We have such big problem to paralel using a Cintiq21UX and the new one Intuos Pro. We just get as a gift Cintiq21UX. to this time our graphic designer using Intuos Pro as a main tool. After connecting Intuos21UX and calibrating, we lost connect with Intuos. When we install the new one driver, we back Intuos, but we lost calibrating with Cintiqu. Everything is conected to MacBook Pro, where Apple Thunderbolt Display 27" is the main screen, and as a second is Cintiq21UX. Very important thing: the new Intuos has black pen (4th generation), and Cintiq has ther grey one (3rd generation).
MacOSX el Capitan.

When we use system preferences and Wacom Tablet option we don't have option "add the new device"

Help. I know that is drivers conflict, but maybe there is some tricky solution!

For the new Intuos Pro models from 2017 you need at least driver version 6.3.20. For the Cintiq21 (DTK-2100) the latest driver is 6.3.15. You cannot have both driver installed unfortunately. The pen from DTK-2100 should work on the Intuos Pro.
