I bought a studio studio for 16,512 three times I sent it back

Postby robertoliberati » Wed 25. Oct 2017, 07:28

I bought a new studio pro for 16,512 worth 3000 euros, in rome
three times I sent it back because:
scratched shell, defective monitor (dirty inside), internal noisy fan artc software already installed, then used.
can anyone explain to me what's going on?
is a scam of wacom italy?
otherwise
scandalous, I will ask for the repayment of the purchase.
and never buy more from wacom
