Mobile Studio Pro 16 - link adapter - pen not working

Postby Masterchief » Fri 3. Nov 2017, 22:34

I bought the wacom link adapter to connect my mobile studio pro to my Desktop workstation and use
it as a third monitor to draw on.
I have two monitors connected to my GTX 980ti already and plugged in the link adapter into the third display port. I am using
a mini-display port to display port cable from the adapter to my graphics card. The adapter is also connected to my
PC with the USB cable.
The MSP is recognized by my workstation (Windows 7 64bit) and runs fine as third screen with 4k resolution.
But the pen is not working. I tried duplicating my desktop to the wacom in all variation, but cannot get the pen to work.

What could be the issue here?

Hey man, just to let you know i had the same issues, what i have to do, is two things, one, is to be sure that the usb cable works perfectly, and the second, is that you be sure, that you are connecting the usb to a usb 3.0 port, cause for me in 2.0 didnt work, and also i had to buy a new cable, cause i need a larger one, and the one that i had didnt work, and with the new one, and usb 3.0 works perfectly.

Hope that helps!
