Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. Mac OS 10.14 Mojave Driver Update:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

MSP 13 thinks its a Cintiq Pro/Pen stopped working after update

Hi i have been having problems with my new MSP 13 which i got on friday was working fine till i had to update and now pen doesn't work and in my devices tab its says its a Cintiq Pro 13, it even gives me the cintiq pro 13 setup wizard when i reinstall the drivers, i uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and OS about a dozen times now, Does anyone have a fix to this problem Thanks

Please contact our technical support in this case. And do not reset the unit to factory defaults. We want to check logfiles and see, what went wrong before applying a fix.

Same problem here!!! Please Help me. It was very expensive presetn bu firt update broke it!!!

I have made a hard reset, totally reinstalled the system and the tablet drivers. And now when I am trying to launch Wacom desktop center - no device connected. And when I am trying to launch Wacom tablet properties it says "Your tablet is not connected to your computer". But in some apps like Bamboo Paper I can use the pen but I cannot calibrate it
