Tvpaint Animation 11 Pro is free for android users, but not for Hybrid...

Postby zoiLoliv » Thu 11. Jan 2018, 22:08

Hi,

I know that the update issue of the Companion Hybrid's Android OS is an old subject, and I actually had made up my mind about being stuck to Jelly Bean 4.2. Using Photoshop Touch, Flipaclip, Sketchbook Pro or Painter is still great with CCH, and I never had a problem using it with a computer.

But a recent event made me hope again as the company Tvpaint Developpement gave recently access to a fully free version of Tvpaint Animation 11 Pro for Android users. This software is made for the Cintiq companion Hybrid ! Sadly, it is compatible with devices having Android 5 minimum (Lollipop)...

It would be so great from Wacom to consider updating the Companion Hybrid to Android Lollipop, just the version 5 would be enough ! The Cintiq Companion Hybrid with Tvpaint Pro is just what it's meant to be, I would even consider paying for the update...
