Companion 2 scaling issues

Postby cawatt » Thu 25. Jan 2018, 10:34

I've recently purchased a Companion 2 which has been reset with Windows 10. When I select the text scaling to be anything other than the recommended 200% (ideally 125-150%) there are glitches with empty dialogue boxes or tool hints. When working in Sketchbook Pro (desktop version) strokes do not appear unless I click off to another window etc.

I've reset the tablet a few times (but can't roll back to Win 8) have the drivers up to date but still no joy.

Any advice regarding this issue, please?

Many thanks,

C.

Application software is normally designed for certain screen/text resolutions/scaling settings and may not work well with other scalings. Also the tablet properties panel is an application program with such limitations. The tablet properties panel should be fine on the Cintiq Companion high resolution screens with the latest tablet driver. If you see such an issue with other application, contact the maker of that software and check for updates.

You must use Sketchbook version 8.5.1 is the only one that solves the problems of scaling on screen with a high resolution.
