MSP 16 and Computer monitors all go black when in cintiq mode.

Postby dubbmobile » Thu 12. Apr 2018, 07:00

So recently out of the blue, whenever I hook up my MSP 16 to my computer to use in Cintiq Mode, all the monitors go black as well as my MSP16. I initially was worried that something was wrong with my MSP or the Wacom Link itself but I took both to work to try it on a computer there and to my surprise everything worked fine. The only thing I can think of are that the computers at work are not running windows 10 whilst my computer at home is. All my wacom drivers seem to be up to date and other drivers like for nvidia and for intel seem to be good too.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
