Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. MSP 13 - Hardware defect?

Hope you guys can help. I bought a used MSP 13. Not sure if this is a problem but upon resetting to a fresh state. The Wacom pen when touching the screen functions as if I'm holding down the left click on a mouse and drag and selecting. Haven't updated the drivers yet but is this a common thing to happen to MSP owners?

First go to Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup settings -> reset settings. Open tablet properties -> About -> diagnose and check pen pressure. This should be close to zero before touching the surface. Pressure should go up when touching the screen and it should work as left mouseclick when pressure is above a certain clickpressure threshold. That would be normal.

Thanks, I shall do this. However, updating the drivers solved the issue but when I reset it again to a fresh install the problem comes back. Is this something wrong with my tablet?

Also I'm based in Europe is warranty 3 years?

It is zero, what can I do please as this seems strange.

Pressure should be zero (or close) if the pentip is not touching the tablet surface. Then you should see pen coordinates, but zero pressure. When the pentip or eraser touches the screen, pressure should increase. If there is no reaction to pentip, test with eraser end. If both are not detected or not showing pressure, something is wrong with the hardware or software.
