Cintiq Companion 1 automatically shutting down

Postby PawnRenegade » Mon 13. Aug 2018, 16:22

Hey all, as the title says, my Companion (that I've been using for a couple of years) has recently been shutting down of its own accord. About 30 minutes to three hours of use, and more recently it's been shutting down only a few minutes after start up, and not even finishing the start up process when it's not plugged in.

Is there anything anyone can recommend me doing, as I cannot currently afford to replace it.

Does this happen only on battery?
Or plugged in as well?
Is the device hot?

I recommend to contact us on http://www.wacom.com/support/contact-support
