I am considering the acquisition of a Mobile Studio Pro 16 ".
I come to you to learn about the arrival or not of new models in the range Mobile Studio.
Maybe 18 or 19 inches ? Maybe thunderbolt compatible ?

Thanking you in advance,

I have no information on future products.
We will most likely continue using only USB-C as this is becoming the new industry standard. Even Apple is using only USB-C in their most recent devices (Macbook Pro for example).
The 16" model is already large enough in my opinion. Anything bigger than that would make the device less mobile.

Hello,

I wanted to contact you in private, but i didn't find the link.

Maybe a little mistake occurs...

The thunderbolt technology use the USB C connector.

"What is Thunderbolt™ 3 Technology?
See what makes Thunderbolt™ 3 technology the most advanced USB-C available, with lightning speed in one thin, reversible compact port."
Video in English on the site of the creator of the technology https://www.intel.fr/content/www/fr/fr/ ... video.html

About Apple, they use thunderbolt in all their devices https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/
It's why i asked the question about the integration of Thunderbolt in Wacom Mobile Studio.

Best regards,

Mac Thunderbolt implementation is also shifting to USB-C. The Macbook Pro you shared only has USB-C ports and they all support Thunderbolt.

Perhaps this makes things more clear: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/usb-type-c-thunderbolt-3-one-cable-to-connect-them-all/
