Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

European Warehouse Inventory:
The European team will be doing inventory from the 27th to the 29th of March. This means that short delays will repairs, order shipping and refunds will occur. We expect to get back to normal schedule on the 1st of April.

On going msp 16 problems

This machine is causing me no end of problems.

There is pen flicker under the nib, visible on neutral grey and white, I was recently at a wacom demo and noticed this on all the models present. Is this just a hardware problem or is it something that can be fixed with drivers at some point?

Performance seems a lot slower than my cintiq companion while running clip studio. Have had two major crashes while using it on the msp. This usually will end up dumping the tablet driver or blue screening. If the machine goes to sleep it takes an age to wake up, again my companion does this instantly. Battery life also seems very bad about 2.5 hrs.

I really hope I was sent a brand new one and not refurbished, it had some bizarre settings out of the box, with no need to install Windows. Soon after it kept crashing and dumping the tablet driver and I had to totally re install Windows on it.

I know I'll just be told to open up a support case, but I really don't want to be sent some refurbished model after paying nearly 3000 pounds for this.

I would have been happy just sticking with my cintiq companion but because of that dodgy power input on it I don't know how much longer it will last.

Actually more like 1.5 hours. Turned on today charged at 95% at 21.30 now 22.24 down to 24%

The flicker is phenomenon that can be observed due to the EMR sensor for the pen. If you see this issue, please make a video and contact our support:https://support.wacom.com/

Battery life depends on many different factors so I'm not able to comment on that. If you are looking for some advice, I would recommend you to try a clean Windows install - https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options#section3
