Goodmorning everyone,
I recently purchased a Wacom studio pro 16 "from 256gb, I would like to ask who uses it and knows it if:
-Is it normal that you warm a little in the lower right side?
-With the attached battery charger warms up more can you use a ThermaPak HeatShift to reduce the risk of component breakage?
-Is it spoiling if I also use it with the charger?
Thanks in advance

Re: Information on Wacom studio pro 16 "from 256gb
Hi,
Yes the lower right side seems to be where the harddrive and/or processor is located, so this part is always warmer (sometime hot)) than left side.
I have trouble with my MSP 16 256GB, when I used it without the charger with Autodesk Sketchbook, it turning off by itself, my only solution for now is to plug it with the charger, so I hope it is not spoiling it.

It's normal the device warms up a bit when you are using it. I'm not sure the ThermaPak will do anything but it should not harm the device as long as it doesn't cover the airflow vents.
I would not recommend you to use the device plugged all the time. You should give the battery some use to help prolong it's life span.
