Companion 1 stays blocked in the Bios Menu

Postby Talulu » Sat 23. Feb 2019, 13:29

Bonjour.
Merci a tous!

Hello.
I have a problem when I turn on my company 1, windows doesn't start and the screen gets stuck on what I think is the bios.
Even when I press save and exit, nothing happens.
It is now out of warranty so it will be too expensive to send it to Germany for repair but has anyone already had the problem or is there a way to get windows booted via usb?
Thank you all!

Hi.
Seems that your SSD is no longer working and this is why the Cintiq Companion opens the BIOS on boot. You would need to have the SSD replaced.
