Cursor Shaking

Postby BertoLin » Fri 16. Dec 2016, 15:00

Hi, Wacom! Nice to have you back!

I'm having an issue with my Companion 2 i5-4258U.

There's a zone, like an horizontal stripe, near the bottom of display where cursor shakes. It seems like something's interfering there and I didn't find a solution or what the cause could be.

Any ideas regarding how to fix this will be appreciated. Thanks!

I am not sure, what this is. Is that a full strip from right to left ? Same for pentip and for eraser ? Does it change when running on battery and power supply is not connected ? - If the unit is mounted on a stand, you might something magnetic behind the unit. Could be some internal defect (if one of the components send an interfering signal). Does it change, when you use another screen resolution or color depth ? Is there a visible distortion when you paint over this area ? Take some picture or video and send it to our support.
