Problems with pro pen 2 (MobileStudio Pro) !

Help! I just purchased a MobileSrudio Pro. Tomorrow all was working perfectly and today the tablet is not even detecting the stylus anymore...and neither the eraser! I don't undersand, help me please!
And sorry for my bad english: I'm french.

Open the Wacom desktop center, make sure the tablet is detected, check the pen/eraser in the driver diagnostics. - If no tablet is found, go to backup settings and try to reset the settings. - Conatct Wacom support for more detailed help.
