Cintiq pro 13 on my (not so) old computer

Hello everyone,
First of all, sorry if this question has already been posted multiple times.
The infos i found on google were quite confusing this is why I wanted to ask it directly here.
I would like to buy a Cintiq Pro 13 but I'm not sure if i will be able to connect it properly to my computer.
I don't habe any thunderbolt nor USB-C port.
