First of all, sorry if this question has already been posted multiple times.
The infos i found on google were quite confusing this is why I wanted to ask it directly here.

I would like to buy a Cintiq Pro 13 but I'm not sure if i will be able to connect it properly to my computer.
I don't habe any thunderbolt nor USB-C port.

Just make sure you get the Wacom Link Plus. If you buy your Cintiq Pro 13 brand new this should come included. Some production units prior to early 2018 only come with the regular Wacom Link.

The regular Wacom Link does not support HDMI but the Wacom Link Plus does. I suppose your computer has at least one HDMI port so you should be OK.

I was thinking of buying a refurbished 13 pro but from what you are telling me it does not seem like a good idea.

Are the performance connecting to HDMI the same as USB-C or thunderbolt ?

In the Cintiq Pro 13 the maximum resolution is Full HD (1920x1080) which is supported by HDMI as well as Mini DisplayPort (Thunderbolt) and USB-C. You won't have lower performance for using HDMI. You can get an adaptor from Mini DisplayPort to HDMI to fit your computer. Just make sure you don't get a cheap one or you can have some issues.
