Replacing old unit to a newer one with excess fare (Cintiq Companion 2)

Hello Wacom.
My Cintiq Companion 2(DTH-W1310) started to work badly. I've tried everything (Clean Install/Reset). But after some working it keeps throwing CPU to 100% and in a few seconds it turns off + touch function not working for a long time I even forget. It's about 4 years I use it, so probably it's time send to Wacom repair center.
The problem is that I'm in Moldova and we have no any official Wacom customer support here. So it will cost for me, as considering that it's out of warranty for now. Well it's ok.
But if so I would like to know if it's possible replace my old model of Companion 2 with surcharge? and how to do it?
