Since I bought it, I often run into an issue where it turns itself off randomly.
After many months of struggling, I realized it happens when it's deciding between the 'Preferred graphics processor', the Intel graphic card vs Nvidia one. I've managed to reduce the problem by forcing to only use the Nvidia processor, but the problem still remains when using drawing apps (Photoshop, Krita) or on more mundane tasks like Skype call.
Is there a solid solution to this issue?

When you say shutting down, do you mean that it turns itself OFF completely right?
There are many reasons why this could happen.
Start by running all Windows Updates and manually update the graphics card drivers.
If the problem persists, reset Windows.

Yeah, I meant it turns itself off completely. I have the latest windows updates and drivers and reinstalled windows several times.
