Wacom Link Not Working

Hello!
I have a Mobile Studio Pro 13 that I'm trying to connect to my MacBook Pro 2018. I have all the necessary cables to turn the USB + Thunderbolt into USBC + Thunderbolt 3 ports (the thunderbolt 3 port I got from Apple themselves) and for some reason the MSP doesn't turn into a second display? I plugged the link into the middle port, and followed as many tutorials as I could and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated as whenever I call for support I am left waiting for a long time and they've never called me back when I leave my number!

Hi there,
First of all, please make sure you update the MobileStudio Pro with all available updates. Then try to find some different cables to test with. This is most likely the source of the issue. If the issue persists then you really need to talk to support. You can also open a ticket or contact our support team through chat.

I'm having similar issues with my MSP pro 16 2019 not connecting to my PC with the wacom link.

If you've found a solution, please let us know.

I've tried new cables, new wacom link, different computers, all of that.

Are you trying to use the Wacom Link (ACK42719) or the Wacom Link Plus (ACK42819)?
For the MSP 2019, you will need the later https://www.wacom.com/en-de/support?guideId=003-291
