MobileStudio Pro touchscreen
The touchscreen on my MobileStudio Pro has quit working, and I'm at a loss as to what to try to fix it. I've checked the Device Manager for any problems, and everything looks fine. The pen also works fine. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Don't want to sound obvious, but are you sure the touch function is turned ON?
Can you please check the "Support" section in the Wacom Desktop Center and make a "Driver check". Additionally, please check the "Diagnostic Data" from the same support section.

From Diagnostics you can check if the Touch hardware is working.

Thanks for the response.
I have toggled the function button, but that hasn't made a difference. It seems odd to me that pressing it doesn't say 'touch on' or 'touch off', but both, so there is no way to know if it is currently on or off.
I ran the Driver check, which came back with no errors. However, attempting to run the Diagnostic give me a 'No Wacom device attached' error.
Any suggestions as to where to go from here? I am considering a Windows refresh.

Ok.
Make sure Windows is fully up to date and install the latest Wacom Driver if you haven't already.
Then open the Diagnostics again. If the issue persists, try a Windows reset.
If that doesn't work, you will need to contact our support.

Didn't make any progress, so I tried the Windows reset. No go. I guess it's time to contact support. Thank you for your assistance.
