My Wacom Cintiqu Companion 2 has no Wacom softwere

Postby OneOneSeven » Wed 5. Apr 2017, 15:09

I recently bought a used WCC2.
After completing the setup I was looking for the calibration settings and realized that the 'Wacom desktop center' was not appearing on the start menu and then that there was no Wacom software on the device at all. No desktop center, tablet properties or display settings.

When I tried to install these things from the Wacom website they would not work properly (the cursor is still the little cross instead of the mouse cursor) and some even resulted in a "There is no compatible device" message. I've tried resetting the device and it still doesn't work.

I can't tell if the previous owner or the seller botched a reformat of the device or not, but I'd rather find a solution then have to send the thing back.
