MSP 13", Wacom Link Not Working

Postby cocoa12938 » Wed 2. Aug 2017, 03:03

So I got a wacom link, a pc and a MSP 13". Bought a Mini-Display to VGA adapter, connected it to the pc. So does the USB. I made sure to plug in the USB-C in the middle port of the MSP 13". Nothing. Tried installing the driver 6.3.23-1, restarted the pc and reconnected all the cables. Still nothing.

send help please.

The graphics connection is not dependent on the Wacom Driver.

How does your connection look like? You are having a VGA outlet on your Computer? And then try to use the miniDisplayPort-VGA adaptor to convert from VGA to DisplayPort?
In this case the connection cannot work - for analog (VGA) to digital (miniDisplayPort) conversion you will need a dedicated converter.
Doesn't you PC have any DisplayPort or MiniDisplayPort adaptor?
