Just thought I'd share my progress so far on this issue, since a few people seem to be having it. Wacom support had me go into the Wacom Tablet Properties app (I am in Windows 10). Select the Pro Pen 2 on the Tool row. Go to the Calibrate tab and then set my monitor to my main (non-cintiq) display. I then calibrated it (I could not see my cursor, so it took a couple of tries to get it right). The problem disappeared!

My Cintiq calibration was messed up, so I switched it back and recalibrated. The problem returned!

I then set the calibrate menu back to the main display and the problem was fixed again!

I don't know what is causing this. I'm hoping support can shed some light on it, but if this has been bugging you, this has fixed my issues... for now.

You're welcome! I saw people asking this in other places too and no one was answering. Maybe this will save someone some grief. My setup is still working fine as long as I keep my main display (Dell U3011) selected in the calibrate menu for the pen. If I change it back to the Cintiq, the problem returns. I wonder if JUST doing the selection would fix it as I've not gotten the Cintiq calibration back to exactly how I like it since re-calibration. There must be something in that menu that tells the pen which display to view as primary, which seems like a bug.

Yeah, no idea, there's definitely a bug with the wacom drivers. The problem never goes away it just switches screen, if you put the main cinema 4d window on the cintiq, the cursor just jumps over to the other display.

The calibration has nothing to do with it, I didn't recalibrate at all and it just switches back and forth with the main display choice

It happens in VLC too for me.

I'm also experiencing this issue with Blender.

I recently switched from macOS to Windows and wasn't sure if this was a Pen & Ink conflict or Wacom driver issue. I thought it was random until I found this post and it most definitely is triggered by opening Blender (and some other actions within Blender which I have not yet diagnosed).

Please do reply with any solution that you come up with. In the meantime I'll disable the Cintiq display so Display Toggle is not an issue, as I'm currently mainly using my Cintiq as a tablet.
