Advice on 27QHDT smudging buggyness

Postby Dinomightkaroar » Mon 20. Mar 2017, 06:47

Hello, everyone.

Does anyone else have this issue?

As long as I'm using an older driver, the 27QHDT works fine, except, during a session, my drawing hand(for which I do have a lycra smudge guard glove), leaves inadvertent "oil zones," I guess, and the touch goes haywire, because that spot is registering a touch. I have to minimize my program, search the desktop for where the smudge spot is wigging out the touch, and then take the cloth and wipe the CRAP out of that spot until the touch circle goes away.

I have to do this like, once every 20 minutes or so. It's very disruptive. Is there something I can do besides the lycra glove to prevent this?

Any advice would be appreciated.
