USB port on Cintiq

Postby Mienien » Fri 16. Jun 2017, 20:29

I am Working with a MAC book Pro Sierra and a Cintiq 13 HD. If I connect my express key directly to my laptop, it works fine. But if I connect the blue tooth device to my Cintiq it does not work. Also if I plugin an other USB directly to the Cintiq it does not work. Wacom replaced my former Cintiq but this one has the same issue. What is wrong?
