Display Settings Won't Save & Desktop Center Crashes on BackUp

Postby Davemiles » Sun 14. Jan 2018, 11:33

Hello!

I just purchased a new 27 QHD (non touch version). It's great to have all of this room to work on! I am having a few problems that I need help with.

I'm running the monitor on a 2017 iMac with High Sierra OS 10.13.2

Display settings default...
I've set my display to sRGB with a color temperature of 5000K. It looks great and nearly matches my other screen with a little fudging. I've saved those settings in the Display settings dialog box and closed it. However, if I turn the monitor off for the night and come back in the morning I find that the settings have reverted to the default. Any thoughts on this? Has this happened to you? Any fixes available?

Wacom Desktop Center crashes when backing up settings
I was able to backup my settings locally (it did crash once when trying to do that). However, I have yet to be able to backup to the WACOM cloud. Each time I've tried the desktop center crashes. Is there a fix coming for this issue? Is there a way to check the version of my desktop center software?

many thanks for any help!
