Cintiq 16 grey shadows in the edges

Postby cocouacocoua » Tue 12. Mar 2019, 15:51

My first Cintiq 16 had grey shadows at the edges except for the left one, I've ordered a new one but this has the same problem, I'm wondering if all have this problem or I just have bad luck.

it's like half inch from the edge to the center of the screen, along all the edge (right, upper and lower edges) it's quite viewable, you can tell that immediately as you look at the sides.

hard to take a picture as pictures are always brighter on the center, no matter where I put the center.
