Hurricane Florence Alert:
A rather large hurricane is set to hit the East Coast of the United States at the end of this week. Because of its size and threat to life & property there have already been significant evacuations in the areas expected to be hit worst. Hopefully things do not turn out as bad, but we will probably see shipping delays to and from that area (our North America distribution center is in Memphis, TN, close to the area).
If you are in the US region and you order something during this period, please see check https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page?id=alert1 for possible alerts.

No input signal with cintiq 13 hd (black screen) no detection

Postby memo333 » Wed 8. Nov 2017, 03:18

Its weird, when I had windows 8.1 ent it worked fine, then I changed from my house to another and moved all the pc and re equiped the wacom and IT DOENST WORK anymore. I dont know if the hdmi slot is damaged or the usbs dont work. But I connected it in other usb and they work fine.
How can I test if the hdmi in the mother board works fine?

I connected the cintiq 13 hd in my laptop and worked perfecly, I didnt even instaled the drivers..auto detect.
im desperate cant make this thing to work plz help.

Go to Windows display settings and check if a second screen is detected. If so make sure that Windows uses mirror mode or extended desktop mode to activate the display. - If not detected, check in device manager for problems. Also check graphics driver settings. - To test the HDMI port of the computer, you would need some other HDMI display for checking.
