Cintiq pro "No signal"

Postby DimsMiie » Sat 18. Nov 2017, 13:00

So i recently bought a wacom cintiq pro, when i connected it to my laptop it showed "Display port 1" "No signal" , i tried buying a HDMI cable , didnt work, bought a displayport adapter and it still didnt work, And it keeps giving me the error "No wacom displays connected"
is there any fix for this?

The Cintiq Pro only works with a displayport signal. It should be connected to either a USB-C port that supports 'Alternate Mode Displayport'. If the computer sends HDMI, you would need an active signal converter for HDMI to displayport. - Most Displayport-HDMI adapters work in the other direction only - only converting displayport to HDMI.
