My Cintiq 13 HDT is not working properly

I've a two months old Cintiq 13 HDT. It was very good till 2017. My driver is up to date (6.2.19- 10). Using it with my Late 2012 Imac operated by macOs Sierra. And I'm also so careful with my cintiq.

I've been having troubles for 4 days and I couldn't figure out. Whenever I open Photoshop or Illustrator, after a few seconds Express Keys stop responding. When I press a button, it's name is shown on the left corner above but shortcuts don't work.

I erased the driver and installed previous driver but the problem goes on. Today I updated it again but my pen doesn't respond this time.

I've written to customer support but they didn't write anything except case number. It's very annoying because I've got works to do but I'm stucked. :(

I think that are the drivers, a lot of people complain of the new drivers...:/

I've tried newest drivers released on the 4th of January, but everything's the same... :( I think I'm gonna be mad

more than two hours to make the drivers working properly on my computer. a considerable loss of time. If someone have a solution it would be great sincerely.

If you have trouble with the driver under Sierra, uninstall the driver and use version 6.3.15 for the moment (unless you tablet models needs a newer driver version).

6-3-20-8 just released fixes the express key problems. We can work again!

ok, 6.3.20.8 seems to work properly. If i notice an other probleme with this drivers version i'll tell you there.

Hi,
Sorry to comeback there, but the drivers 6.3.20-3 has failled again and don't work properly.
i was working on the cintiq when the drivers crached and can't reinstall it properly. it's difficult to work with that kind of problem.
I work with extended screen, not duplicate screen. And with no drivers the wacom pen is well detected but not calibrated. So when the driver is installed i use the pen on cintiq but the curser is moving on the computer screen instead of moving on the cintiq.

@faradaycage: response is a bit late but has you can see the drivers don't work properly actually. But there is progress from wacom cause this one worked longer than all the others. And really i don't know how i made it work properly all that time.
