i've already tried connecting through dual and single dvi-d to hdmi cables and i had no luck, instead i used a dvi-i to vga cable with a vga-hdmi adaptor to the laptop and it worked, but the problem is that it displays ghosting problems and sometimes displays purple screen, im going to try the usb-c( display port 1.2) that has my laptop lenovo legion y520 through an adaptor to i see if it works best

I solve this if you have a lenovo y520 i recommend buying this adaptor:
https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B07499 ... UTF8&psc=1
Its a usb-c to dvi, vga, hdmi adaptor from cablecom it worked like a charm with my 22hd cintiq and doesnt have ghosting problem.
