Wacom does not turned on

There was a problem while doing fw video update today, and since then my wacom does not turn on. There are no lights and no reaction when i push the power button.
It is only one month old. what could be the problem? can i somehow do factory reset?

It's Cintiq Pro 16 and i was working on mac os (10.13.1 - high sierra)

I have had this same issue!! Nothing will fix it!! Hopefully costumer service can help out.
