Cintiq 13HD - Screen areas not responsives

Postby Jmorello » Tue 5. Dec 2017, 00:46

Hi everyone,

I just bought a new Cintiq 13HD and installed it on Windows 10. I found a big issue when starting to using it, as it looks like a vertical area on the left is inactive and two areas are making hasardeous movement when using the pen. I recorded it to make it clearer, and would be happy to know if someone has experienced it already or if it's a hardware default. I tried to compare with two resolutions and the problematic areas seems to be the same whatever the resolution is (see second link)

Video of the issue : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQJgTzJ5-s4

Gallery of comparaison (1920 vs 1280) : http://www.imgur.com/a/Sx3QD

Thanks everyone

That looks like a hardware fault in the tablet. Contact our technical support in your region for getting this fixed.
