Cintiq 13HD Suddenly Unresponsive

I have had my Cintiq13HD since June of this year and have had absolutely no problems with it until this afternoon. I frequently move it to and from work.
When I went to set up at work today, my pen was unresponsive and my computer treated the Cintiq as a separate monitor as opposed to a device.

-I am running OSX Sierra, and have the newest drivers and necessary patch.
-Wacom Desktop Center says that no devices are connected.
-Under System Settings/Wacom tablet/ it says that "a supported tablet was not found on the system".
-I cannot open Wacom Display Settings due to the computer not recognizing that the tablet is connected.

-I have already restarted my computer, reinstalled the drivers twice, and completely unplugged/replugged my Cintiq. I am currently not sure if the problem is with my computer, the Cintiq, or the cords.

Are there any possible solutions beyond what I have already tried?
