im using a new cintiq 13hd with a 2011 imac on higher sierra.
So im left handed, i know that you have to go to displays and flip the cintiqs display by 180 degrees but when i do that (its the same for 270 degrees, standard and 90 degrees work fine) the screen is the right way up (command keys on the right) but the cursor is going in the opposite direction to the pen. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers to no success (the instructions i got from wacom support werent great, i wasnt sure if i had to delete everything wacom related from my machine or just the specified folders (which werent there anyway) ive been told to create a new mac user after uninstalling and that hasnt worked either. Will an older version of either the tablet driver or my os fix this? It did not work on sierra either and i updated it solely to try and fix this issue. Could it be that theres a bit loose in the pen? It may have been knocked around a bit in delivery? I dont know what to do so any help would be much appreciated

Pen not working in left handed mode
Re: Pen not working in left handed mode
The Cintiq is the only display ? Then turning the screen in the monitor settings and physically should do it. When using two screen in different orientation, make sure the Cintiq is pimary display.
Re: Pen not working in left handed mode
Did you end up having any success with this? I am a left hander with the exact same struggle...
I've been trying for weeks now to figure out how to fix this.I'm using a brand new 2017 iMac...and The Cintiq 13HD . All drivers are up to date, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers 4 times now. In addition to the opposite direction cursor thing...the entire display of my cintiq goes black for no reason periodically for about 5 seconds at a time.
Could it be to do with the adaptor I'm using? I bought the HDMI to USB-C adaptor from smarttech that was recommended by Wacom.
but now that's the only thing I can think of that might be causing a problem.

Re: Pen not working in left handed mode
The problem for the Cintiq in left-handed orientation has been confirmed for new installation of the last (6.3.27) driver version. As a workaround uninstall that driver, use the older 6.3.25 and setup the screen orientation you want, then update to 6.3.27.
