Hurricane Florence Alert:
A rather large hurricane is set to hit the East Coast of the United States at the end of this week. Because of its size and threat to life & property there have already been significant evacuations in the areas expected to be hit worst. Hopefully things do not turn out as bad, but we will probably see shipping delays to and from that area (our North America distribution center is in Memphis, TN, close to the area).
If you are in the US region and you order something during this period, please see check https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page?id=alert1 for possible alerts.

Noise Cintiq 16 pro

Postby 4lk4tr43 » Wed 10. Jan 2018, 11:57

Is there a way to disable the noise created by the fans on the cintiq pro? Something like a fan control, I would also go down to HD resolution. The device is giving me a bad tinitus.

There is no way to disable the noise yet, but hopefully they will do a firmware update that allow to remove it if we go down to 2k.

I also rather prefer to have a 2k display without noise that a 4k with fan noise ...

Thx a lot for the answer. Let's hope that someone is working on that one, kinda funny that a monitor is the loudest thing in my hobby room.
