No display

Postby Irmakcavun » Thu 25. Jan 2018, 15:30

I have a wacom cintiq 13HD touch and although the tablet is working there is no display and it keeps reading no input signal. I tried restarting my computer plugging in and out many times. The screen just appears black. To sum up, my cintiq works like an intous. I will buy the 3 in 1 cable however I need to understand whether the tabler ot the cables are causing the problem. How can I fix this problem if it the tablet that is causing it and how can I understand the cause?

First thing to try is if the Cintiq accepts HDMI signals from another source.
Meaning: use and device which provides HDMI signal (game console e.g.) and plug your Cintiq in. Then the Cintiq should show a picture in this case.
If this doesn't work, then either the 3-in-1 cable or the Cintiq are defect: http://www.wacom.com/support/contact-support
