Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here
Mac OS 10.14 Mojave:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 NOT WORKING ON MAC
So I've been using my Wacom Cintiq pro on my macbook air 13" for a few weeks now with NO problems what so ever. Worked absolutely fine. The reason I use it on my macbook is because I couldn't get it to work with a single windows computer that I tried it on. Now today suddenly it stopped working on my mac. I was in the middle of a drawing and my laptop crashed or something, when I turned it back on only the display would come on on my cintiq. I can't get the pen or any of the buttons to work at all what so ever. It is saying in the wacom menu thing that i don't even have a cintiq connected although my mac screen is appearing on it just not able to use it. Does anyone know how to fix this my digital art is my lively hood so please help me out here I'm so stressed.

The Cintiq Pro is a combination of monitor and tablet. Both parts are basically independant. Pen and buttons work through USB data connection and require the tablet driver. The display only needs a connection for the display. If using the Wacom Link, check the USB cable connection. Then open Wacom Desktop Center -> Backup Settings -> Reset Settings, which should reset and restart the driver. If not succesful, re-install the driver. If that also fails, we have to suspect a hardware problem in the tablet part of the unit. To clarify this, we recommend testing on another computer. And if that show same problem contact Wacom customer support to get the unit repaired or exchanged.

I have the same issue with my 27QHD and i have done everything said in the respons to this post.
It seems it's not a hardware issue also, because with Windows on bootcamp it does work properly.
What should i do?
