Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. More information can be found here: here

Cintiq 27QHD won't turn on, power adapter beeping

Hi all,

I have been using my 27in cintiq on-and-off over the past year, the last time I used it was probably a month ago and it worked completely normally. I get it out to use it and when I plug in the power, I hear the power adapter emitting a faint beep on a one-second interval. The cintiq screen does not turn on. The light on the power adapter does not turn on. This beeping happens whether or not the usb/hdmi are plugged in. The cintiq is recognized by my computer when I plug in the hdmi/usb (I am on windows 10, new monitor appears on "Change Display Settings" and "Device Manager").

Has anyone experienced this issue, know a solution, or have troubleshooting suggestions? I have tried for some time researching for solutions online but did not discover a clear answer. Please let me know if I can provide any additional information. Thank you for your time and help!
