Windows 10 Fall 2018 Update:
Updating to the newest Windows 10 Fall update? Wacom has identified a few issues within the latest update. Pan/Scroll is not working correctly in some applications. Also, Modifier Clicks do not work when assigned to pen buttons or ExpressKeys, see the screenshot below. The Wacom driver team has submitted a bug report with Microsoft for these issues and will continue to work with them until it is fixed. Mac OS 10.14 Mojave Driver Update:
Upgrading to Mac OS 10.14 Mojave? A new driver has been released. Check the Wacom Desktop Center for the update notice. However, a new Mac OSX security feature requires some additional changes to run the Wacom Driver correctly. Please see the instructions found on our support page here. Also, If you have any issues, please try a clean driver install. Follow the steps here.

Cintiq Pro 13HD No Signal

Having saved up for a while I finally purchased a Cintiq Pro 13HD. Unfortunately, I can't get it to work. It works fine as a tablet, but I don't get any signal to the screen.
I've tried various cables and adaptors, and my (new) Acer Aspire V15 Nitro does have a USB-C port (one of the reasons I bought this laptop), but now i'm being told by the supplier that it simply won't work on my laptop????????????????????

How can Wacom advertise that the Cintiq does work on a PC/Laptop, but I'm being told by my supplier it won't work? I don't understand this???

USB-C is a type of connector, but functionality can differ. You can connect the Cintiq Pro by USB-C cable to USB-C only if the computers USB-C port support 'Displayport Alternate mode'. If your Acer has a Displayport output, you can instead use the Wacom Link adapter with USB cable and displayport cable. If your laptop doesn't have that, but can output HDMI, contact Wacom support in your region for the best solution in this situation.

The easiest way to tell if your usb c port supports display alternate mode is if it advertises it as a thunderbolt 3 connection. The only time ive seen a usb c port support display alternate mode is if it actually advertises it as a thunderbolt 3 port. They look identical but function differently.
