Hurricane Florence Alert:
A rather large hurricane is set to hit the East Coast of the United States at the end of this week. Because of its size and threat to life & property there have already been significant evacuations in the areas expected to be hit worst. Hopefully things do not turn out as bad, but we will probably see shipping delays to and from that area (our North America distribution center is in Memphis, TN, close to the area).
If you are in the US region and you order something during this period, please see check https://www.ups.com/us/en/service-alerts.page?id=alert1 for possible alerts.

No Wacom Displays error Cintiq Pro 24

Postby howesk » Wed 14. Mar 2018, 13:04

Hey,

The error occurs when I try to access the Display Settings either from the Wacom desktop centre or the Wacom shortcut on the top right of the display itself.

Anyone have any ideas?

Im connected via USB3 / Thunderbolt3 to a 5K iMac.

Drivers are up do date

You have the 6.3.29-2 driver ? Tablet and pen work ok ? The Cintiq Pro firmware was updated ?

Hey,

Thanks for responding.

Are the latest drivers for Mac 6.3.28-2? If so that's I have installed.

Also there is no available firmware update showing within the desktop centre.

Tablet and pen seem to be woking ok so far. I just need to manage my colour and brightness settings.

Cheers

You need to get the 6.3.29 driver for the Cintiq Pro 24 - we had it online for a few days, but it was taken down to fix an installation issue. The updated version should be released this week still.
