27qhd not recognised on Mac

Postby ruspitman » Tue 20. Mar 2018, 22:22

I just got a 27QHD and it's coming up as "not recognised", it's turning on and is working as a second monitor but the pen doesn't register and the Wacom software can't see it.

Connected via display port to a mid 2011 27in imac running Yosemite 10.10.5 (I have Adobe CS6 and am wary of updating my OS and having it no longer work)
Installed the appropriate driver - MacOSX - Driver 6.3.24-1 (Mac OS X 10.10)

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Rus

For the pen and driver to work, make sure the USB cable is connected properly. You can open the back cover and try another USB cable in case the cable has a problem. Reset driver settings, so that the driver is searching again for the tablet. If the tablet is detected, but pen not, try the eraser end of the pen. If nothing works contact Wacom support in your region.
