Cintiq 13 HD - UNDESIDERABLE Pan

Hallo everybody,
I have a Cintiq 13 HD. After installing the last driver I have a big issue: regardless of the instrument used, the pen PAN the image (like I'm holding PAN tool) and I can correctly apply any tools. What is wrong?

(Diver 6.3.29.6)

You are probably using Win10 and have this problem because of a recent Win10 update. In this case have a look at viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1600
