(Mac) Cintiq 13pro clicking when touching the screen

Postby Cloudpost » Sun 29. Apr 2018, 19:55

Hi.
I recently bought a Cintiq 13pro and a MacBook Pro 15 (new Sierra OS) and I have some problems with the touch options.
First of all it's not very responsive: I have a strange acceleration when I'm doing the sliding gesture, sometimes it's lagging a bit too. The driver is updated of course. The overall feeling is not that good, quite different from what I've known on my previous PC and old Cintiq touch... :(
But WORST OF ALL: When I'm touching the screen of my Cintiq with my finger, it's doing a click. I mean, it's not just moving stuff or making selection. It's clicking! When I was on PC, I could only click with the mouse or the pen.
So in photoshop, I'm forced to disable the touch mode now. It is possible to touch the screen (to scroll, move stuff etc..) without making a click?
Any clue guy?
Thanks!
