touch and "fingerpainting" bugs with Cintiq 13pro

Postby Cloudpost » Sun 29. Apr 2018, 21:15

Hi. I'm on MacBook Pro 2017 (OS high Sierra, updated) with a Cintiq 13 pro (updated drivers). I have an issue while using photoshop: the touch mode is very buggy. While trying to scroll and move picture with the basics touch gestures, I encounter strange acceleration, lag etc. The overall feeling is very bad (I was previously on PC with an old 13' touch Cintiq and It was all right...)
But the worst of all: When I'm touching the screen to perform touch gestures, It's clicking on the screen and making me do finger-painting if I maintain the touch on. Just like my finger was a pen.
It's just horrible. I'm forced to disable touch mode when drawing. I'm quite upset now, as I pay much for something not working.
Can you guys help me to resolve that?
Many thanks.
